How does real-time coaching work?

You start a session in the desktop app before your call, then take the call as normal. Brutus listens through your computer audio, transcribes the conversation in real time, and pops up coaching feedback in a small overlay panel as you talk.

How much does Brutus AI cost?

Brutus Starter is $10 per month and includes 500,000 tokens each month. Additional token packs are one-time purchases. All token grants expire after 45 days.

What platforms does Brutus AI run on?

Brutus AI runs on Windows 10 and 11, and on macOS 12 (Monterey) or later — separate builds for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. The web dashboard is available in any modern browser at app.brutusai.coach.

Does Brutus record my calls?

Brutus transcribes audio in real time for coaching. Raw audio is sent to our transcription providers for speech-to-text; we do not store uploaded audio files. Redacted transcripts may be kept while your account is active, with transcript text cleared from calls older than 90 days. Pattern-based redaction removes common financial identifiers, emails, and phone numbers from stored transcripts.
